    IS THE SYSTEM DOING 2 STOREYS? (Upstairs and Downstairs)

    If the proposed ducted air conditioning system is required to do 2 storeys there will most likely be the need to install 'dropper ducts' these are the ducts that run from the upstairs ceiling to the downstairs ceiling, usually through a cupboard (assumes 3 dropper ducts needed). Underfloor systems can usually only do a single storey installation.
